Tutorials:
Printing

1. Once you are happy with your PCB design you can choose to print it to make a production mask for use in the etching process or to make a paper copy for documentation. The print function can be accessed from File > Print... . This will bring up the 'Print' dialog box, where you can choose which options to use for printing.

2. You can choose which layers to print. If more than one layer is selected they will be superimposed on top of each other and printed on the same piece of paper. To print individual layers run the process more than once selecting different layers. When printing to produce a production mask for a single sided board you should only choose Bottom Copper and Board Outline.

3. You can also alter various settings such as colour, scale and orientation. When printing to produce a production mask you should always make sure 'All Colours Black' is checked and the scale is set to 100%, however when printing for documentation you may wish to vary these settings.

4. Once you have finished making your selections click 'OK' to print.
